A340 Missed Approaches/Go Arounds at LGB
A Luftwaffe 16+01 Airbus A340 made 4 Missed Approaches/ Go Arounds at LGB/Long Beach Daugherty Field, testing equipment for the USAF. That's as much as I know. What follows is the email sent out from Long Beach Airport.
"The U.S. Air Force has planned to conduct four approaches to the Long Beach Airport on Thursday, August 1, 2013. These operations are expected to occur between 10:00am and 10:30am. The Air Force will be flying an Airbus A340 aircraft for equipment testing purposes.
